1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

spinp8 reserves the right to request identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may only create and maintain one (1) account per individual. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and confiscation of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify spinp8 immediately via email at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification

spinp8 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documents reasonably requested by spinp8. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

spinp8 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. spinp8 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on spinp8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you deposit funds in a different currency, conversion will be performed by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate, and spinp8 is not responsible for any conversion fees or rate fluctuations.

5. Use of the Platform and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use spinp8 solely for lawful entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any device or software to manipulate or interfere with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users, engaging in fraudulent activity, or exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Abusing promotional offers, bonuses, or loyalty programs.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from any part of the Platform.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any material that could harm the Platform or other users.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

spinp8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each promotion before participating.

spinp8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse or breach of promotional terms is detected. Promotions are intended for recreational players only; professional or syndicate play may result in disqualification.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on spinp8 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. spinp8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if fraud, irregular betting patterns, or technical errors are suspected.

7.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on spinp8 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes, as applicable. Once a bet is confirmed and a result is determined, it is final and binding. spinp8 does not accept disputes based on user error, misunderstanding of rules, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect game result due to software failure, spinp8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. spinp8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, spinp8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits. spinp8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for losses caused by server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and close your account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless spinp8, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination and Account Closure

spinp8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through breach of Terms) will be returned to you, subject to verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or an equivalent arbitration body.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against spinp8.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of spinp8 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
